Start with RegisterMonthly final prices for the planned offering in Swiss francs. Nothing is added. Billing is in francs rather than points: the amount you add is shown in your account, and each job deducts an amount in francs. The quantities are alternatives, not additional allowances. Text, documents, scans and other functions use the same credit. Without a subscription: pay CHF 50 once and receive CHF 50 in translation credit. Register is available in three- and fivefold quantities; the amounts are exact multiples and there is no volume discount. Term, credit and cancellation. The button leads to account creation; a paid subscription begins only when you explicitly order it.
Continue with the same account
Your account and settings remain in place when you switch. You see the plan, first payment date and terms before ordering. This does not change the retention period for your documents.
Payment details only when purchasing
Card or TWINT payments are planned, as is an invoice option for organisations with a cost centre and purchase reference. The payment process will be activated before sales begin.
Subscription and credit
What applies to your plan.
When does payment begin, and how do I cancel?
The free test offer ends without automatic payment. A paid monthly subscription begins only when you explicitly order it. It then renews one month at a time. You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current period; the paid allowance remains usable until then. The price, start date and next charge are shown before you order.
How long is the included credit valid?
Monthly credit is provided at the beginning of each period. With Mappe, unused credit expires at the end of the period. With Dossier and Register, no more than one monthly allowance can be carried over for one additional period. Purchased additional credit is shown separately and does not expire.
Can I pay without a subscription?
Yes. A credit purchase starting at CHF 50 without recurring payment is planned. Purchased, unused credit remains available after cancelling a subscription; you may request a refund through info@traduo.ch. Free test credit and included subscription credit are not paid out.
Which currency is used for billing?
In Swiss francs. Credit and usage are shown in francs, not points or a separate unit: the amount you add appears as such in your account, and each job deducts an amount in francs. The displayed prices are final prices: the amount shown is the amount charged. Additional currencies such as euros or US dollars are planned; the Swiss-franc price remains authoritative.
What happens if a job fails?
Before a paid translation, the maximum charge is intended to be displayed and reserved. A job that fails completely or is cancelled before processing uses no credit. The reservation is released. No amount above the confirmed maximum is charged afterwards.
