Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains which personal data we process in connection with visits to this website. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) is authoritative; where applicable, we also take the GDPR into account.
1. Controller
Traduo GmbH in formation, represented by Max Suter, Schwarztorstrasse 96, 3007 Bern, Switzerland

2. Personal data processed
Contact form
When you write to us using the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, organisation, email address and message) solely to respond to your enquiry. The information is sent to us by email and is not stored on the web server. The processing is based on your consent or on steps taken before entering into a business relationship.
Server log data
When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Metanet AG, Zurich, Switzerland) automatically collects technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of access, browser type and pages viewed. This data is used for operational security and error analysis and is deleted after a short period. Hosting takes place exclusively in Switzerland.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies and no third-party analytics service. Only technically necessary cookies are set, and only if you sign in to the protected area.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose personal data to third parties unless this is necessary to respond to your enquiry or we are legally required to do so. No data is disclosed abroad.
5. Retention
We process and retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose of the processing or to comply with statutory retention obligations.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have rights including access to the personal data we process, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection. Please contact us at the address above. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
7. AI-assisted Traduo functions
Traduo includes AI-assisted functions for translation and text revision. The generated outputs are working aids. A responsible person decides how they are used; Traduo is not intended to make autonomous decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
In the on-premise variant, documents are processed within infrastructure controlled by the customer. The product functions shown on this public website do not accept documents into Traduo through the website. The customer determines the specific use and is responsible for the information, data-protection and oversight obligations that apply.
Where the transparency requirements of the EU AI Act apply, users are informed that they are using AI-assisted functions.
8. Changes
We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
